If you are an employer and your employees have experienced a critical or traumatic event (e.g. an accident, death, or 'near-miss') in the workplace, you may be exploring options to support your staff. I am trained and experienced in delivering Critical Incident Stress Management/Debriefing to groups of individuals following a critical incident or traumatic event in the workplace. This is an approach aimed to promote and enhance peer support and resilience and reduce distress following a difficult incident at work. It is offered in a group format, and is usually just one meeting (although sometimes follow-up group meetings are required or requested).
